The story The Sloth Who Slowed Us Down is about a girl named Amy and her very fast family. They are the speediest family in the whole world. They walk fast, drive fast, shop fast, eat fast and there is never any time to talk, play, laugh or relax. One day, Amy brings home Sloth from the park and he has a big impact on her family. Sloth makes them slow down and go at his pace.

When Amy’s family slows down, they notice all the wonderful things they have time for and learn to appreciate the time they spend together. Sloth helps the family practice mindfulness.
