THE UNICORN DAY SUMMARY

It’s Unicorn Day, a special day when unicorns get together to play. There are three important rules to Unicorn Day: show off your horn, fluff your hair, and most importantly have fun!

The unicorns get together to sing and dance. They have fun sliding on rainbows, braiding each other’s hair and eating the cupcakes that rain from the sky. While having a glitter fight, one of the unicorns horn is knocking off. The unicorns realize he’s not really a unicorn but a horse! The horse starts to walk away but the unicorns don’t want to lose a friend and ask him to stay.

The fun of Unicorn Day continues. The unicorns celebrate their uniqueness as the party keeps growing. More and more friends enjoy the fun.

Diana Murray’s book, Unicorn Day, is a bright and colorful book with a message of individuality and inclusivity.
